Health and Fitness
An important aspect of Health Supportive Living is exercise and fitness. Laura's favorite fitness program is NIA, which is a body-mind fitness and well being practice that blends dance with martial arts, yoga and body integrative therapies. Nia classes build strength, toning, flexibility and cardio-pulmonary conditioning. "It's sweat without strain!" Please contact Laura before dropping in, as class schedule is subject to change.
